Before planning a single wedding, I spent fifteen years managing complex, high-stakes projects — at Deloitte, KPMG, and across Fortune 500 organizations, on briefs that crossed borders, involved dozens of stakeholders, and carried zero margin for error. I came to wedding planning because I saw a gap: couples who deserved that same level of rigor applied to the most personal project of their lives, and weren't getting it.
What I brought with me was not a checklist. It was a way of thinking, about risk, about sequencing, about what happens when things don't go to plan, and about how to make complexity invisible to the people it's meant to serve.
Your wedding deserves that. You deserve to arrive at it rested, present, and excited, not exhausted from six months of managing vendors and chasing RSVPs.
